Lakewood Nursing and Rehabilitation

Lakewood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has distinguished itself as a leader in the field of Health Care Management since 1985. We are a Medicare-Certified, Licensed, Skilled-Care Nursing Facility that strives to provide the highest practicable level of care for each individual resident. We are staffed by a consulting Medical Director, dedicated Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants provide personalized care and attention to residents twenty-four hours a day. Our Activity Director plans fun and creative Activities which assist in attaining or maintaining the highest practicable physical, mental and psychosocial well-being of the resident in individual and/or group settings. How’s the food? Our Registered Dietetic Consultant and Certified Dietary Manager assure well-balanced, nourishing, Home-Cooked meals, including special diets. Because looking good and feeling good is important for our residents. Our facility is designed with the comforts of home in mind. Enjoy a tree-shaded patio in summer and a fireplace in winter. Our residents enjoy cheery bedrooms and a sun-splashed dining room. A dayroom decorated for visits with family and friends in a setting that is comfortable and as “homey” as we can make it including a bird aviary. We provide a comfortable home with around-the-clock care and service in an up-to-date facility dedicated to the individual health, dignity and comfort of each of our residents. We offer a number of additional amenities catering to these needs, including:
